How would you describe your sexuality?

My sexuality is not something that can be put into a category. It changes as I learn through life, exploring things I like and enjoy and discovering things which do not appeal to me. I never felt fulfilled until I discovered a few years back that I enjoy being dominated physically and mentally. This extends to forms of SM and consensual humiliation.

What role has 'violent pornography' played in your life?

I buy "violent pornography" online, which I enjoy alone and with my partner. I also share with others who have similar interests. It is fun. I also have quite a large amount of homemade material of myself and my partner, which I plan to be able to look at when I am older as a reminder of happy times, not as illegal material.

What do you think of the UK government's proposal to ban "violent pornography"?

I am against the proposal. I am a law-abiding, tax paying, voting, adult woman who is in a caring consensual relationship. To ban what I watch implies that what I do in private is also wrong. It is not.

Shooting the Messenger

The internet is a convenient scapegoat for society's ills.

The UK government is to legislate how best to imprison potentially many people for viewing content on the internet.

How should governments regulate the details of our personal lives and control individual expression ?

Preserve Individual Freedoms

Backlash campaigns to ensure the right remedies are applied to the right problems.

Whilst doing so we preserve hard won individual rights and liberties.

See no evil.

The government doesn't want you to view certain images. And will send you to prison if you possess them. Even in the privacy of your own home.
